The short version
Use Perdia to build your habits, not as medical advice. Pro is an optional subscription you can cancel any time in the App Store. Be reasonable, and we’ll keep things simple.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Perdia, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. These Terms apply alongside Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also governs your use of the app.
2. Your licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Perdia on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service.
3. Free features & Perdia Pro
- Perdia’s core habit tracking, automatic completion and widget are free to use.
- Perdia Pro is an optional upgrade that unlocks additional features (such as unlimited custom habits, extra themes, and advanced stats), available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Your Apple ID is charged on confirmation and at each renewal.
- Manage or cancel any time in App Store › your account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app alone does not cancel a subscription.
- Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
4. Not medical advice
Perdia is a wellness and habit-tracking tool, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified health professional before making changes to your activity, sleep or health routine, and never ignore medical advice because of something in the app.
5. Acceptable use
Please don’t misuse Perdia — including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or use it unlawfully, or infringing our or others’ rights. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.
6. Your data
Your use of Perdia is also covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your information and Apple Health data are handled.
7. Disclaimers & liability
Perdia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the date above, and continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia — without limiting any non-excludable consumer rights you have where you live. The App Store EULA and Apple’s terms also apply to your use of the app.
